Recommended use: Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first-time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tablespoon) of EVP AQ during their first training sessions to determine personal tolerance before building up to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving with 12-16 fl. oz of cold water or beverage of choice 20 - 30 minutes before training. Advanced users may mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 22-32 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 tbsp) within a 24-hour period. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water during your workout and throughout the day.
